Do You Feel Worthy of Your Deepest Desires?

Your knee-jerk reaction may be, “Of course, I feel worthy!” But if that were entirely true, you’d likely already have the life you’ve always dreamed of.

We don’t get what we want—we get what we believe we deserve. And for many of us, deep down, we don’t feel worthy of the love, success, or happiness we say we desire.

That’s where RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) comes in. Marisa Peer developed a powerful technique called Role-Function-Purpose-Intention, which allows us to uncover why we subconsciously block our own desires.

It turns out, your brain has been protecting you—but at a cost.

How the Mind Blocks You from Your Desires

Our beliefs about worthiness are often formed in childhood, where we absorb messages—directly or indirectly—about our value. These messages become deeply ingrained patterns, dictating what we allow ourselves to receive.

Take fertility, for example. A woman may long to have a child, but after multiple miscarriages, she turns to RTT to uncover why pregnancy feels impossible. Under hypnosis, we may find hidden emotions:

🔹 Fear—What if I’m not a good mother?

🔹 Shame—Why is my body failing me?

🔹 Comparison—Everyone else gets pregnant. Why not me?

🔹 Self-blame—Maybe I don’t deserve this.

Even if she desperately wants to conceive, the subconscious mind sees pregnancy as a threat—so it blocks it. This applies to any area of life:

💰 Financial freedom—Do you believe making money is easy, or do you struggle with guilt, fear, or scarcity thinking?

💔 Love—Do you trust love will come naturally, or do you brace for heartbreak and rejection?

⚖️ Weight loss—Do you treat food as fuel, or do you shame yourself every time you eat?

Rewriting the Story: What Do You ACTUALLY Want?

Most people focus on surface-level desires: I want to get pregnant. I want to lose weight. I want more money. But these are too narrow and limiting.

Instead, we shift to:

🔹 How do I want to feel?

🔹 What would make me feel fertile, confident, or abundant?

🔹 What version of me naturally attracts what I desire?

If you want to conceive, don’t just focus on pregnancy—focus on being a mother with ease, joy, and peace.

If you want wealth, don’t focus on lack—focus on feeling abundant, financially secure, and in control.

If you want love, don’t focus on being “chosen”—focus on being fully yourself and attracting someone who meets you there.

Your Mind Is Your Greatest Ally—If You Let It Be

If your thoughts are currently working against you, it’s time to shift them.

“I can’t.” → ✅ “I’m capable and growing.”

“I’ll never find love.” → ✅ “I am worthy of deep, fulfilling love.”

“I’m always broke.” → ✅ “Money flows to me with ease.”

Your mind listens to what you tell it. And the great news? You get to rewrite the story.

Ingram’s Path | Subconscious Healing

I’m a certified hypnotherapist, holistic coach, and mentor. I guide people back to the deeper part of themselves—the subconscious—so they can live with more clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom.

To that end, I work with people who are deeply caring and capable—but often exhausted from holding it all together. My clients are thoughtful leaders, creatives, and people who serve others and have spent years being everything for everyone else. They’ve been praised for their strength, but inside, they’re craving something more real: peace, purpose, and power that doesn’t drain them.

And yet, we rarely discuss it in leadership or workspaces, and that’s hurting our ability to connect with others. Moreover, we’ve lost the ability to connect with ourselves.

Most people don’t realize that the subconscious is running the show—shaping their choices, blocking their visibility, and reinforcing beliefs that were never truly theirs. My work is about decoding those patterns and gently rewiring the operating system beneath the surface.

Clients often tell me they’ve learned more about their emotional blocks in one session with me than in years of traditional talk therapy. That’s not because I have the answers—it’s because the subconscious already does. I simply help people see, listen or feel it.

I’ve trained in trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and advanced mindset tools. I’ve supported clients across the world for the past four years. But more than any credential, I’ve lived this work. I know what it’s like to survive off bad programming—and what it feels like to finally stop performing and start integrating.

What I Believe

Healing is learning not to fix or perform, but to return to the self you were before the world handed you a script and cast you in a role.

Maybe you were the brilliant one. The helpful one.

Or maybe you learned to rebel—or to stay in crisis—because that’s when love, safety, or attention showed up.

I also believe:

• Sensitivity is wisdom.

• Symptoms are messengers.

• The nervous system isn’t broken—it’s loyal.

• Grief holds intelligence.

• Truth doesn’t shout—it steadies.

• Change begins in the body—before you can name it, post about it, or lead from it.

You’re not asking for too much. You’ve simply outgrown the story you were given.

In a world that rewards performance, being comfortable in your own skin is a radical act.
