The Three Pillars of Change
🜂 The Outer World – What we see reflects what we carry.
🜁 The Body – Our stories live in the tissues, not just the mind.
🜄 The Mind – The lens that filters meaning, memory, and belief.
“Trauma isn’t what happened to you. Trauma is how your system adapted to survive.”— Peter Levine
One of the most honest things I can tell you? This work can’t be measured in spreadsheets.
But it will show up—in your voice, your body, your relationships, your presence, and once you stop denying who you are and what you want, everything changes.
When you’re working with the subconscious, you’re shifting internal architecture—beliefs, patterns, protective strategies—most of which live below the surface, and leaves you feeling vulnerable in a hostile world. Clearing that out literally changes your worldview.
You won’t leave our session(s) with a checklist—but you will notice the difference:
Your choices feel cleaner.
Your boundaries hold better.
Your voice returns.
Your energy feels less fractured.
This isn’t something you can verify on paper—but it becomes unmistakable in how you live, lead, and relate.
How We Work Together
1.) Subconscious Integration (30-Day Containers; Additional sessions may be required for optimal results)
(RTT Hypnotherapy, NLP Framework, IFS-Informed Process, Embodiment)
This is where your body stops bracing. Where the striving softens. And your inner system finally feels safe to trust itself again. The phobia goes away. The pain disappears or becomes manageable. You stop being reactive.
Through the advanced process of guided transpersonal hypnotherapy and body-based awareness, we uncover what’s been hidden—not to force change, but to meet the truth that’s already been trying to emerge.
You don’t just reprogram your thoughts.
You learn how to live from a place that no longer feels divided or deprived.
2.) Mentorship & Coaching Integration (Single or Multiple Sessions Available)
This isn’t just about “leveling up.”
It’s about living more honestly—with yourself, your body, and your life. I’ll ask hard questions that make you rethink your issue (s) and how you see the world.
Together, we make space for what wants to emerge—through clarity, compassion, and deep presence.
Note: This work unfolds in layers. While some shifts are immediate, others require time, safety, and deep willingness. Most clients begin with 3–4 sessions for full integration.

The Invitation to Lasting Transformation
This work isn’t for everyone.
“I’m probably more expensive than you’d like—because what I offer is deep, lasting, and asks for real commitment.
What I offer isn’t a product. It’s a container that requires great skill.
It’s not about price. It’s about readiness.
I work with people who don’t just want insight—they want transformation.
And transformation takes honesty, courage, and surgical attention to the root.
If cost is your first concern, it might mean you’re still gauging the value of healing, not just the budget. And that’s okay.
But for the people who are ready, they don’t ask ‘how much?’ first.
They ask, “Can you hold what I haven’t been able to name, but can’t carry alone anymore?”
And the answer to that question is “Yes I can.”
And that’s the question I invite you to lead with—
I will challenge you.
I’ll reflect back what’s hard to see, and tell you the truth with care. NOT what your ego wants to hear.
My prices range from $200-$3,600, depending on the type of session requested and the duration of our working relationship.
But if you’re ready—truly ready—to do the work,
I will help you get to where your soul has been trying to lead you all along.

Mary Oliver, THE JOURNEY
One day you finally knew
what you had to do, and began,
though the voices around you
kept shouting
their bad advice…
But little by little,
as you left their voices behind,
the stars began to burn
through the sheets of clouds,
and there was a new voice
which you slowly
recognized as your own…
determined to do
the only thing you could do—
determined to save
the only life you could save.
