Meet Meghan SeeKamp
Hi, I’m Meg, founder of Ingram’s Path.
I’m a certified hypnotherapist, holistic coach, and practitioner of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). I help high-functioning, emotionally intelligent people heal long-held patterns at the subconscious level—so they can finally feel at home in their lives, their relationships, and themselves.
This isn’t coaching as usual. It’s not talk therapy—and it’s definitely not about “hacking” your mindset. It’s about going to the root. The place where emotional pain, phobias, looping thoughts, chronic stress, and invisible grief get stored in the body—and quietly repeated in your life.
RTT uses clinical hypnosis to access the subconscious directly—so instead of just talking about your pain, we uncover the beliefs that created it, where those beliefs were formed, and how to release them for good.
If talk therapy is like editing the résumé, this is like rewriting the software.
The people I work with are often respected and accomplished.
They look “put together.”
They’ve read the books. They’ve done the journaling. They’ve worked with coaches.
Their outside life looks great. But inside, they’re quietly unraveling. They fear their persona is slipping, and it’s getting harder to keep up appearances.
Maybe it shows up as anxious inner commentary.
Or chronic emotional fatigue that leaves you feeling overwhelmed.
Or difficulty in relationships—where making meaningful connections feels either too much or out of reach.
That’s where we begin.
I specialize in helping people resolve:
Anxiety and nervous system dysregulation
Emotional invalidation and trauma responses
Chronic pain with no clear medical root
Patterns of people-pleasing or self-silencing
Inner conflict around visibility, intimacy, and worth
I’ve also trained in trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and advanced mindset techniques. But what I bring is more than credentials. I bring lived experience, deep intuitive insight, and a safe space for the parts of you that haven’t had a voice.
Because at the core of most stuckness isn’t laziness, weakness, or failure.
It’s protection.
Old protection that’s outlived its usefulness—and just needs help letting go.
This work isn’t quick-fix therapy.
But it is efficient. And often, profound.
Clients have said—
My RTT experience with Meg was truly life-changing—Karen, San Diego
I learned so much about shifting my beliefs—and as a result, I feel lighter, more grounded, and genuinely happier.—Patricia, France
I’ve explored many types of therapy and personal growth work, but my RTT session with Meg created one of the most powerful shifts I’ve ever experienced—Jamie, Los Angeles
If that resonates—if you’re ready to stop managing your symptoms and start meeting the self underneath—let’s talk.
Because you don’t need to push harder.
You need to heal deeper.
Background
Credentials—
In addition to training with renowned hypnotherapist Marisa Peer, I’ve deepened my expertise in trauma-informed therapy, somatics, and nervous system regulation through certification work with Deb Dana, Linda Thai, Richard Schwartz, and Gabor Maté. I also trained in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). My approach blends subconscious rewiring with somatic awareness, breathwork, and sensation-based anchoring—so that transformation isn’t just understood, but fully embodied.
Before taking on this role, I earned a BA in Journalism and Environmental Policy and Analysis, which helped me develop a strong understanding of human stories and the influence of perception. Throughout my career, I have worked across the entertainment, corporate, and political sectors, which has brought me to the meaningful and significant work I do today.
The Inner Work
True transformation is both practical and vibrant. My spiritual and philosophical studies deeply shape my work. Over the years, I have trained in breathwork, tarot, astrology, philosophy, and energy healing, and I hold a Level Two Reiki certification. Meditation is a constant in my life, helping me stay aligned with my purpose.
At the heart of everything I do is this belief: both faith and fear require belief in the unseen—and the reality you create is shaped by which one you choose to trust.
Location & Availability
I live in Los Angeles but work internationally via Zoom. My availability is listed at the bottom of this website.
What’s behind the name Ingram’s Path?
The name Ingram is inspired by the ancient rune Ing, which symbolizes the transformative journey of discovering one’s inner wisdom. Ing represents a fearless leap into change and personal growth, much like the raven, which in mystical traditions is seen as a guide offering insight and courage to navigate the unknown.
This blend of ancient wisdom and mystical symbolism forms the foundation of my work, helping you embark on your transformative path with confidence and clarity.
As for Path, transformation is a journey—one that requires courage, self-discovery, and a willingness to step into the unknown. This path isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about deep, lasting change, guiding clients toward alignment, self-mastery, and the life they were meant to live.
The Process
Much like how an IP address uniquely connects a person to a network, my approach helps you update your mental operating systems, reprogramming limiting beliefs and patterns to uncover sustainable solutions. This process allows for lasting transformation, empowering you to step into your true potential.
