Meet Meghan SeeKamp

Meghan SeeKamp, Founder, Ingram’s Path | Transformational Hypnotherapy & Strategy Coach

Hi—I’m Meg, founder of Ingram’s Path.

Thank you for stopping by.

I’m a certified transpersonal hypnotherapist, trusted coach, advisor, speaker, and practitioner of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).

I help accomplished people release their attachment to old stories and support them in creating new ones, leading to deeper self-trust—so their inner world aligns with the image they want to project to the world.

A typical client might come to me saying: “I’m not where I want to be/I’m supposed to be. I keep beating myself up about it, and I’m exhausted.” or “Whatever I do, it’s not enough. I can never reach my goals, and now my health is suffering. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.”

My job is to help people like you break free from hidden cycles of unmet expectations and self-sabotage that quietly drain your energy and weaken your self-trust—even as you check items off your bucket list. Together, we identify the patterns your subconscious uses to protect itself and transform those patterns into choices that foster freedom, clarity, and deeper connection.

About Me:

I created Ingram’s Path to help high-achievers master two powerful states of mind:

  • The subconscious, where hidden patterns quietly sabotage growth.

  • The conscious, where character and behaviors shape personal and professional success.

For years, my life felt like a repeating story — different faces, different places, but the same cycles. I could succeed in journalism, beauty, even alongside VIPs in politics and entertainment — but I couldn’t sustain the deep connections I longed for. On the outside, everything seemed enviable. Inside, I was haunted by what I couldn’t control. My health suffered because I was out of sync with my values.

I thought something was wrong with me because I couldn’t manifest consistently or break through plateaus. No program helped. Only when my body broke down did I realize the power of the subconscious mind. That’s when things shifted. The anxiety lessened. The sabotage quieted. Visibility became less scary. Shadow work and archetypes gave me a language for what had been invisible—and a way to bring those lost parts of myself back into wholeness.

The wounds I carried—always prioritizing others, silencing my own needs, and chasing love—became the very foundation of my devotion to guiding others toward self-belief and truth.

At Ingram’s Path, everything begins here: self-belief. If you continually focus on pain, you remain trapped in its cycle. Transformation starts the moment you believe you can change by bending your inner reality around what’s possible—and I help people get there.

My approach is integrative and practical. I don’t rely on mindset “hacks.” I combine hypnotherapy (RTT), shadow work, somatic practices, and spiritual coaching to address the root causes. We don’t just talk about pain—we identify the beliefs that caused it, release them, and create new patterns that endure.

The people I work with look accomplished on the outside—polished, respected, insightful. But inside, they often feel like a shell of themselves: restless, conflicted, anxious. They can deliver a world-class performance, but it comes at a steep cost.

I specialize in helping people resolve:

  • Anxiety and nervous system dysregulation

  • Emotional invalidation and trauma responses

  • Chronic pain without a clear medical root

  • People-pleasing and self-silencing

  • Inner conflict around visibility, intimacy, and worth

Clients say this work is “life-changing,” “grounding,” and “one of the most powerful shifts” they’ve ever had.

My RTT experience with Meg was truly life-changingKaren, San Diego

I learned so much about shifting my beliefs—and as a result, I feel lighter, more grounded, and genuinely happier.Patricia, France

I’ve explored many types of therapy and personal growth work, but my RTT session with Meg created one of the most powerful shifts I’ve ever experiencedJamie, Los Angeles

My philosophy for this process matches my favorite poem, Ithaka, by CP Cavafy: It’s not about the destination, but how well you enjoy the journey.

We only get one life in this body. Let’s live it fully.

If this resonates—if you’re ready to stop managing symptoms and start meeting the self underneathlet’s talk.

My Path—

Credentials—

In addition to training with renowned hypnotherapist Marisa Peer, I’ve deepened my expertise in trauma-informed therapy, somatics, and nervous system regulation through certification work with some of he industry’s most celebrated names, including Deb Dana, Linda Thai, Richard Schwartz, and Gabor Maté. I also trained in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). My approach blends subconscious rewiring with somatic awareness, breathwork, and sensation-based anchoring—so that transformation isn’t just understood, but fully embodied. I believe lasting breakthroughs come from recognition and release rather than forced strategy.

Before taking on this role, I earned a BA in Journalism and Environmental Policy and Analysis, which helped me develop a strong understanding of human stories and the influence of perception. Throughout my career, I have worked across the entertainment, corporate, wellness, and political sectors, which has brought me to the meaningful work I do today.

The Inner Work

Ingram’s Path is a chalice of transformation — where grief and shame are alchemized into renewal, integrity, and belonging. Its blueprint is to crack façades, steady the heart, and initiate new beginnings in love and truth.

True transformation is both practical and vibrant. My spiritual and philosophical studies deeply shape my work. I’ve been deeply influenced by both David Whyte and Richard Rudd. Over the years, I have trained with respected teachers in breathwork, tarot, astrology, philosophy, and energy healing, and I hold a Level Two Reiki certification. Meditation is a constant in my life, helping me stay aligned with my purpose.

At the heart of everything I do is this belief: both faith and fear require belief in the unseen—and the reality you create is shaped by which one you choose to trust.

Location & Availability

I live in Los Angeles but work internationally via Zoom. My availability is listed at the bottom of this website.

What’s behind the name Ingram’s Path?

The name Ingram is inspired by the ancient rune Ing, which symbolizes the transformative journey of discovering one’s inner wisdom. Ing represents a fearless leap into change and personal growth, much like the raven, which in mystical traditions is seen as a guide offering insight and courage to navigate the unknown.

This blend of ancient wisdom and mystical symbolism forms the foundation of my work, helping you embark on your transformative path with confidence and clarity.

As for Path, transformation is a journey—one that requires courage, self-discovery, and a willingness to step into the unknown. This path isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about deep, lasting change, guiding clients toward alignment, self-mastery, and the life they were meant to live.

The Process

Much like how an IP address uniquely connects a person to a network, my approach helps you update your mental operating systems, reprogramming limiting beliefs and patterns to uncover sustainable solutions. This process allows for lasting transformation, empowering you to step into your true potential.
